Leonard Criddle

Leonard “Lenny” Criddle is a seasoned business strategy consultant at LJConsulting.CO, with a focus on assisting startups and businesses up to three years old in planning, marketing, and growth since March 2020. Lenny has 17 years of experience in helping businesses achieve their goals and previously served as President and CEO of the Romeoville Area Chamber of Commerce, alongside various roles including Executive Director and Board Member. Lenny also held an adjunct professor position at Joliet Junior College and founded Villains and Heroes Academy, where a training process for 21st century skills was developed for youth. With a background in the IT sector as a Senior IT Manager and Senior Supervisor at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Lenny combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills. Lenny earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Business from DePaul University.
