Jack Clearman

Jack Clearman has had a varied and successful career, beginning in 2015. That year, they co-founded Cambridge Data Analytics and also worked as a Lead Research Scientist at MyCognition. In 2016, they worked as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge, researching the impact of deindustrialization on wellness and health in the U.S.

From 2017 to 2022, Jack worked at Meltwater in various roles, including Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Data Scientist & Project Manager. In 2022, they co-founded Bounce Health, Inc. with a mission to measure and reduce burnout using research and technology. As Co-Founder and CEO, Jack led product development, sales, marketing, support, and data analysis, and developed wellbeing assessments to evaluate burnout, stress, and engagement. Jack also began working as a Senior Product Manager at Academia.edu that same year.

Jack Clearman earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Experimental Psychology from the University of Cambridge in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Washington in 2012.
