Lydia Snover

Lydia Snover is an experienced institutional research professional currently serving as the AAUDE Data Projects Coordinator at the University of Minnesota and as a Senior Advisor at Academic Analytics. Previously, Lydia was the Director of Institutional Research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for 35 years, from 1986 to 2021, providing analytical support to various departments. Lydia also held roles as an Administrative Officer in both the Nutrition and Food Science and Psychology departments at MIT. Lydia earned an MBA in Management and a BA in Philosophy from Boston University.
