Emily W. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Emily currently holds the position of SVP of Strategy at Academic Programs International (API) since November 2021. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder, Chief Growth Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at Kenzie Academy from November 2017 to March 2021. Emily also served as the Director of the Galvanize Foundation at Galvanize Inc from January 2016 to August 2017. Emily has worked in multiple contract roles, including Director of Operations at Building a Better Colorado, Finance Consultant at Nurse-Family Partnership, and Sr. Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff at the State of Colorado. Emily has experience in political campaigns as well, serving as Deputy Finance Director for Hickenlooper for Colorado and Colorado Commits to Kids, Yes on 66 Campaign. Emily started their professional career as a Healthcare Fellow at the Colorado Center on Law and Policy from July 2012 to June 2013.
