Essi Itkonen

Essi Itkonen is a professional with a background in sales and recruitment management, possessing significant experience in the fashion and consulting industries. Starting as a Sales Attendant at Dressmann AS and later at Volt Fashion, Essi transitioned into recruitment, serving as a Junior Recruiter before advancing to Consultant Manager and subsequently Senior Consultant Manager at Academic Work from April 2019 to March 2023. In these roles, Essi was responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, managing payroll and labor law issues for consultants, and providing recruitment consultancy for clients.
