Markus Åberg

Markus Åberg is the Head of Talent Advisory at Academic Work, where they engage with 150-200 companies annually to identify future skill needs and enhance employer branding strategies. Previously, Markus held various roles at CareerBuilder.com, including Key Account Manager and Head of Employer Branding, where they organized major career events and produced significant marketing materials for university students. They also worked as a Key Account Manager at Sqore, creating successful talent competitions for leading brands. Markus served in the Swedish Armed Forces as a Cryptologic Technician and has a background in hospitality management from Stureplansgruppen. They studied Speech Communication and Rhetoric at Santa Monica College and Natural Sciences at Thorildsplans Gymnasium.
