Sonja Laukkonen

Sonja Laukkonen is a Junior Recruiter at Academic Work since August 2022, where the primary responsibilities include managing recruitment processes across business, tech, and IT sectors, ensuring positive candidate experiences, writing job advertisements, screening applications, conducting assessments and interviews, and supporting Consultant Managers with administrative tasks. Prior to this role, Sonja served as a Tutor at the University of Helsinki for a brief period in 2020, guiding new students and organizing orientation events, and worked as a Customer Service Specialist at OLLE ANDERSSON OY-AB from 2016 to 2019, focusing on in-store customer service. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, specifically Social Psychology, at the University of Helsinki, anticipated completion in June 2024.
