Tim Knutsson

Tim Knutsson is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and recruitment, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Academic Work from August 2018 to January 2025. In this role, Tim oversees the design and optimization of core business processes across six markets, managing 10,000 annual hires and supporting 5,000 staffing employees, achieving a 37% increase in recruiter efficiency and a 16% rise in Consultant Manager revenue.
