Катерина Шпильова is currently the Head of Retail Enablement Strategy at AcademyOcean, where they help HR teams automate training, onboarding, and internal communication for retail companies. Prior to this role, Катерина held positions in product management at Tonti Laguna Group and marketing at Ringostat and Keosme Group. They are also pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Odessa National Medical University, having previously earned a degree in Geography from Odessa I.I.
