Stuart Smith

Stuart Smith has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Stuart is currently the Co-Head of Business Development at Acadia since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at FIS from 2015 to 2022, holding positions such as Head of Product Management, Cross Asset Trading and Risk, SVP Product Management, Head Of Product Management, and Director Of Development. From 2010 to 2015, Stuart worked at SunGard Capital Markets as a Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, and Junior Functional Analyst. Additionally, they have experience at QinetiQ as a Senior Scientist and Research Scientist, focusing on semiconductor device technology and leading small teams.

Stuart Smith completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Physics degree. Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of Bristol from 2003 to 2007, earning a PhD in Electronic and Electrical Engineering. Stuart then furthered their education at the University of Bath from 2007 to 2009, where they completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Management.
