Thom Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Thom is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at Acadia Performance Platform since December 2021. Thom was responsible for developing new online revenue sources and branding for The Sun and its clients. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at The Baltimore Sun, including Interactive Creative Services Manager, Senior Web Designer, and Web Designer.

Thom's early work experience includes a role as a Web Producer and Site Editor at The Indiana Gazette from November 1999 to August 2000.

Throughout their career, Thom has demonstrated a track record of implementing successful marketing strategies, improving lead generation and sales processes, and driving revenue growth. Thom'sexpertise lies in lead management, product marketing, customer insights, and online revenue generation.

Thom Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the years 1994 to 1998. Later, from 2002 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Publications Design at the University of Baltimore.
