Heather Carroll

Heather Carroll currently serves as the Supervisor of Instructional Design at ACAMS, where leadership of a global team focuses on developing anti-financial crime certification courses. Prior experience includes roles such as Learning and Talent Development Project Manager at Bluewater, where supervision of a major airline's Talent Management System implementation occurred, and various positions with Magnetic Marketing, including Director of Product Development. Heather has extensive expertise in instructional design, project management, and developing eLearning solutions, supported by a Master’s in HR Development/Leadership and a Bachelor’s in English Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
