Jaede Tan

Jaede Tan is a seasoned executive in the anti-financial crime and technology sectors, currently serving as VP and Head of Asia Pacific at ACAMS since November 2024. Previously, Jaede led Client Success for Sterling in an international role, overseeing a team of over 250 and managing P&L for a diverse client portfolio. Earlier experience includes positions as Global CX Director at Multiplier, Managing Director for Asia Pacific at ComplyAdvantage, and Regional Director roles at App Annie, where responsibilities spanned marketing, sales, and customer success across various regions. Jaede's career also includes significant tenures at Deltec Capital Limited, China Study Abroad, Mediaplus Capital, and Atlas Capital Group, with early experience as a consultant at Robert Walters. Jaede holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Economic History from the University of Bristol.
