William J. Fox is a retired Managing Director and Global Head of Financial Crimes Risk at Bank of America, with a distinguished career in financial and legal sectors. From 2002 to 2003, Fox served as Associate Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Department of the Treasury, handling key issues related to financial crime and receiving the Presidential Meritorious Rank Award. Fox was also the Director of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) from 2003 to 2006. Currently, Fox is a Trustee at Creighton University and serves on the Management Board of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS). A graduate of Creighton University School of Law, Fox ranked in the top 10% of the class and is admitted to both the Illinois and Nebraska Bar.
