Carla Arcia Venegas is currently the Colombia Analysis Hub Team Leader at ACAPS, a role they have held since 2023. They previously served as the local representative for The Carter Center's "Inform Women, Transform Lives" campaign in Bogotá D.C. in 2023, and held various consulting and advisory positions across organizations such as FAO and the Defensoría del Pueblo Colombia.
