Jackie King

Jackie King has extensive experience in knowledge and information management, currently serving as a Senior Knowledge and Learning Manager at Their Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) since July 2018. In addition, Jackie has held the position of Senior Information Manager and Acting Head of Information & Guidance at ACAS since August 2010. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Librarian/Information Manager at The Home Office from January 2008 to August 2010 and as a Librarian/Senior Librarian at the UK Ministry of Justice from November 1993 to January 2008. Early in the career, Jackie worked as an Assistant Librarian at the Department of Transport from April 1990 to November 1993.
