James Vincent is an experienced professional in digital, data, and technology leadership, currently serving as the Director of Digital, Data and Technology at Acas since January 2019. Prior to this role, James held positions such as Head of Digital Strategy and Innovation at Metropolitan Police, Deputy Chief Technology Officer at HM Treasury, and Head of Technology Change at the Department for Education. James also has experience in business change and information management at the Cabinet Office and design assurance at DCSF, as well as early roles in IT procurement and business analysis at Guildford Borough Council. James holds an MSc in International Business Management from the University of Surrey and a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Portsmouth.
