Jayne H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for ACAS, where responsibilities include sustaining the organization’s reputation as a trusted workplace expert. Previously at Rio Tinto as the Global Head of Talent, Jayne led initiatives focused on talent, culture, diversity, and analytics. During a long tenure at GSK, roles included Senior Vice President of Talent Leadership and Organisation Development, Chief Learning Officer, and Chief People Officer, driving talent acquisition, culture change, and leading various HR transformations.
