Mike Gardner

Mike Gardner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace relations and business development. Since June 2009, Mike has served as a Senior Adviser, Mediation Manager, and Collective Conciliator at ACAS, focusing on improving workplace relations and advising on HR policies. Prior to this role, Mike worked for the South West Regional Development Agency from 1999 to 2009 as a Business Development Adviser, where responsibilities included managing initiatives to support high-growth companies and collaborating with public and private sector partners. Mike holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Employment Dispute Resolution from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Nottingham Trent University.
