Paul Cook

Paul Cook is an experienced professional currently serving as an Independent Consultant after a significant tenure at Acas as a Senior Advisor. With a focus on leadership in business and employee relations, they have developed expertise in executive coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution, underpinned by training from the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Chartered Management Institute. Having spent over three decades in public protection and senior management, they have managed complex investigations and led diverse teams within law enforcement, notably as a Detective Chief Inspector with Thames Valley Police. Paul holds a Level 7 qualification in Strategic Management from CMI/ILM and is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their potential.
