Noelia Blanes

Noelia Blanes has extensive experience in protocol and institutional relations, currently holding the position at ACB (Asociación de Clubs de Baloncesto) since May 2006. Prior to this role, Blanes served as the Executive Secretary at GESTIÓ I SERVEIS TRADE CENTER from January 2004 to May 2006. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Public Relations and Event Organization from Universitat de Barcelona (2009-2010), a Specialist Technician in Sports Protocol from ESCUELA INTERNACIONAL DE PROTOCOLO (2008-2009), a Postgraduate degree in International Trade from ESCI (2004-2005), and a Bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpretation in English and German from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (1998-2002).
