Ying Sun, Ph.D., EMBA, MA, is the Director of the University Office of Evaluation and Educational Effectiveness at Arizona State University, focusing on institutional assessment initiatives and the quality of educational practices. Ying holds a Ph.D. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has previously served as the Dean of Institutional Excellence at the University of Phoenix and the Dean of Curriculum at Strayer University. With extensive experience in curriculum development and accreditation processes, Ying has been involved in mentoring institutions internationally and has taught Economics and Finance since 2002.
