The Sarah Gonsalves ACC Memorial Fund is a 100% volunteer based 501(c)(3) not for profit public charity foundation and we are commonly known as "ACC Warriors". 

Our organization was founded by the family of Sarah Pauline Gonsalves to carry on the legacy of our dear wife, daughter, sister, mother, and friend who gained her wings on October 17, 2017 after a brave battle against adrenal cortical carcinoma (ACC) cancer. 

Sarah was extremely grateful for all of the support she received, and before she passed away, she expressed her wish for others facing ACC to receive the support necessary to fight this rare disease, as well as her wish to find a cure and beat adrenal cortical carcinoma once and for all. This Memorial Fund is our way of honoring Sarah's wishes and keeping her legacy of bravery alive by raising money for research and the support of patients with ACC.

Our mission is simple:
- Assist families afflicted with ACC
- Help fund research to find a cure and improve treatment
- Assist those entering the fields of education or medicine
