Eric Shear is a proficient news photographer currently working at CNYCentral WSTM NBC3, WTVH CBS5 & CW6, where responsibilities include shooting and editing news packages using Avid Media Composer. In addition to this role, Eric serves as a camera operator for multiple organizations, including Utica City FC, Utica Comets, Syracuse Mets Baseball Club, and the Atlantic Coast Conference. Previous experience also includes a role as a utility operator for Steadicam at the 2023 PGA Championship, and video editing during an internship with 325 Productions. Eric is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology at Onondaga Community College, expected to complete in December 2023.
