Milton Roy has extensive experience in compliance, particularly in the field of athletics. Milton started their career as the Assistant Director of Compliance at South Carolina State University in 2004 and then moved on to become the Director of Compliance at the University of Central Florida in 2010. Milton later served as the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance at Georgetown University from 2012 to 2015, and then moved on to the Southeastern Conference as the Director of Compliance until 2018. From 2018 to the present, Milton has been working as the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance at Wake Forest University. Milton has also served as an adjunct professor at Morehouse College and will soon take on the role of Director of Compliance at the Atlantic Coast Conference in 2023.
Milton Roy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Johnson C. Smith University - JCSU, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Sport Administration from Grambling State University from 2001 to 2002.
