Cameron McKean

Cameron McKean is the Executive Director of Mergers at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), where they oversee merger investigations and prepare for significant reforms in merger administration set to implement in 2026. Cameron has held various roles in their career, including Analyst at the Water Industry Commission for Scotland and Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting, as well as serving as a Policy Officer at the Australian Treasury. Additionally, they worked as a Managing Consultant at LECG before joining ACCC, where they previously acted as General Manager. Cameron earned their degree from The Australian National University between 1994 and 1999.
