Catherine Manson is a legally qualified professional currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Guidance for the Consumer Data Right at the ACCC. Previously, Catherine held roles such as Senior Legislative Guidance Officer and Senior Policy & Strategy Analyst at WorkSafe Victoria, and worked as a Policy Officer at the Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy. With a strong background in legal, policy, project, and compliance roles across federal and state government, Catherine has also served as an Investigator and Senior Policy Analyst at the Australian Communications and Media Authority. Catherine earned a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Business/Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney.
