Christabel Moffat

Christabel Moffat is a Senior Investigator at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), focusing on Competition Enforcement and Financial Services. They previously gained experience as an Investigator in the Enforcement & Exemptions division at the ACCC, as well as serving as Legal Counsel (Secondee) for AMP and an Associate at Allens. Christabel's legal career began as a Law Graduate at MinterEllison, and they have held various academic tutoring roles at prestigious institutions including UNSW and The University of Western Australia. They earned a Juris Doctor with Distinction from UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Business Law from The University of Western Australia.
