David Sun is currently the Assistant Director at the ACCC, having held various roles in enforcement and infrastructure within the organization. Prior to this, David worked as an Associate in Competition, Consumer and Regulatory Litigation at Norton Rose Fulbright from 2022 to 2023. David gained experience as a Law Clerk at King & Wood Mallesons in 2017 and has held multiple investigative and analytical positions at the ACCC. David earned a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law.
