Emma Stiles

Emma Stiles is currently an Investigator at ACCC, a role they have held since 2020 after serving as a Senior Investigator in the same organization from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their time at ACCC, they worked as an Associate at the Federal Circuit Court of Australia from 2017 to 2018 and at Johnson Winter & Slattery from 2014 to 2017. Emma earned a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Technology, Sydney, and completed a Law Exchange program at Tilburg University in 2015. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Technology, Sydney.
