Jacqueline Gardner

Principal Lawyer

Jacqueline Gardner (Ellul) is a senior lawyer with extensive experience in commercial, competition, and regulatory law. They began their career as a trainee solicitor at Slaughter and May and later served as an associate before becoming a lawyer at PRS for Music from 2012 to 2018. Jacqueline has taken on key roles at several organizations, including Principal Legal Advisor at Ofcom and Senior Associate at MinterEllison. They currently hold the position of Principal Lawyer at the ACCC while also serving on the Board of Whittlesea Community Connections. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science from the London School of Economics and is pursuing a degree in International Climate Change Law and Policy through edX.
