Libby Darwin

Libby Darwin is currently the Acting General Manager of Consumer & Compliance Strategies at the ACCC and has previously served as an Executive Director at the Australian Energy Regulator from 2021 to 2023. With extensive experience in various roles including Director and Senior Investigator, Libby has established a strong background in consumer compliance. Libby is pursuing both a Bachelor’s and a Post Graduate degree in Law at Queensland University of Technology.
