Mark Mcleish

Mark Mcleish is the General Manager of the Electricity Markets Branch at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Director across various branches at the Australian Energy Regulator from 2010 to 2016 and worked as an Economic Advisor at the OECD from 2016 to 2017. Mark has extensive experience in regulatory policy and economics, with earlier positions at ACCC and a background in telecommunications. They earned their degree from the University of Melbourne, where they studied from 1998 to 2001.
