Max Daly

Max Daly is currently the Assistant Director at ACCC, with a strong background in regulatory affairs and consumer protection. They began their career as an Analyst at ACCC's Regulatory Affairs Division from 2012 to 2014, where they engaged in various roles including policy advice and compliance monitoring. Max has held positions such as Project Officer in the Consumer and Small Business Strategies branch and Senior Adviser at the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions. They earned a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a degree in Business and Economics from Flinders University, where they also tutored indigenous students.
