Rajat Sood is a competition economist with extensive experience in the field. They began their career as a solicitor at Freehills from 1997 to 1998 and subsequently worked as a consultant at London Economics International LLC and Frontier Economics (Asia-Pacific) from 1998 to 2019. Rajat held various prominent roles at ACCC, including Deputy Chief Economist and Acting Chief Economist in 2022. They earned their LLB(hons) and BCom(hons) degrees from the University of Melbourne between 1990 and 1995.
