Sarah Hort

Sarah Hort is an Assistant Director in the Competition Enforcement and Cartels branch at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), specializing in complex investigations into cartel conduct and anti-competitive practices. They hold a BA/LLB(Hons) from the University of New South Wales, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, and a Graduate Diploma in Competition and Consumer Law from the University of Melbourne. Sarah was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2018 and has held various legal roles, including Investigator and Senior Investigator at the ACCC, as well as positions at other notable law firms. They are passionate about social mobility and gender equality.
