Simon Pomery

Simon Pomery is an Executive Director specializing in merger assessments with over 15 years of experience in compliance, enforcement, and strategy development. They have held various roles within the ACCC, including Director of Merger Investigations and Director of Compliance and Enforcement for the Consumer Data Right. Simon began their career as a Graduate/Senior Policy and Project Officer at the Department of Infrastructure, Regional Development, and Cities. They also completed a MBS Leadership Program at Melbourne Business School and hold a Bachelor of Business in Commercial Law from the University of South Australia.
