Steph Homewood

Steph Homewood has extensive experience in technology and program management, particularly within the public sector. At the Australian Energy Regulator, Steph served as Director for Energy Made Easy and Consumer Data Right on a secondment basis. Previously at the ACCC, Steph held multiple significant positions including Director of Tech Delivery, where responsibilities included leading Agile Release Trains, and Executive Director roles overseeing Program Management Office, Technology Management, and Data Strategy, focusing on the Consumer Data Right initiative. Prior experience includes a Change and Release Manager role at the Australian Government Department of Human Services, as well as Scrum Master and Product Owner positions, supporting advancements in welfare payment systems. Steph earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Queensland University of Technology.
