Tom Leuner is currently the Executive General Manager of Mergers, Exemptions, and Digital Division at the ACCC, a position held since 2020. Previously, they served as General Manager of the Merger Investigations Branch at the ACCC from 2008 to 2014 and as General Manager of Wholesale Markets at the Australian Energy Regulator from 2008 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Tom practiced as a lawyer at Allens and worked as a Tutor in Economics at the University of Melbourne. Tom holds a degree from the University of Melbourne, where they studied from 1995 to 2001.
