Florence Li

Florence Li has a diverse work experience. Florence started their career at Robert Walters as a Senior Consultant in Transactional Services from December 2013 to July 2016. Florence then joined Accedo.tv and held multiple roles including HR Specialist, HR Generalist, and HR Manager from July 2016 to April 2022. Florence is currently the Director of People & Culture for the APAC region at Accedo.tv.

Florence Li began their education in 2008 at the University of Alberta, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a specialization in Immunology and Infection. Florence completed this program in 2012.

In 2016, Florence attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business for a specialization in Leading People and Team. This program lasted for one year.

Most recently, in 2021, Florence enrolled in the People Analytics: Transforming HR Strategy with Data Science program at the Cambridge Judge Business School. Florence is currently pursuing this field of study.

In addition to their formal education, Florence has obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they became a Certified Behavioral Consultant through the Institute for Motivational Living Inc. Furthermore, they obtained the following certifications in 2021: People Analytics: Transforming HR Strategy with Data Science (from Emeritus), Professional Member (from CPHR BC & Yukon), and Professional Member (from [HKIHRM] Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management).
