François Polarczyk

François Polarczyk is a seasoned professional in resource and partnership management, currently serving as Sustainability Director and previously as Partnership and Sustainability Manager at Accedo.tv since January 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing the partner program, engaging with new partners, and driving sustainable initiatives within the video industry. Prior to Accedo.tv, François worked as Global Resource Manager and EMEA Resource Manager, leading resource management across multiple offices. Experience also includes roles in resource planning at Infor, HR specialist duties at Vueling Airlines, and an internship in social and clinical psychology. François holds multiple degrees in psychology from several esteemed institutions, including a Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology from Université Paris Cité, augmenting a strong foundation in both theory and practical application.
