Josie L.

Josie L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Josie started their career as an IT trainee at HAECO in 2002 before moving on to work as a QA engineer at Entone. In 2006, they joined Harmonic as a Senior QA Engineer, where they gained valuable knowledge in video streaming and distributed system architecture. In 2010, Josie became a Senior QA Analyst at Global Sources, responsible for QA planning and test monitoring for various projects. Josie then joined Arkologic Ltd. in 2012 as a Senior Lead QA, tasked with building and leading a QA team. Currently, Josie is the Director of QA Engineering for Accedo.tv, where they oversee QA operations and has held roles focusing on both North America and the Asia Pacific/Asia regions. Throughout their career, Josie has refined QA processes, improved coordination and communication skills, and gained expertise in video/OTT solutions.

Josie L. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computing from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. This took place between the years 2000 and 2004. Following that, Josie pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in IT Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2006 to 2008.
