Mark Paramor

Mark Paramor has a diverse work experience in software development and solutions architecture. Mark was most recently employed as the Engineering Director at Accedo.tv. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate/Freelance at Marquis Media Partners LLP. In 2015, Mark took a career break to spend time with their family while also utilizing their IT skills in software development, team management, and scrum and agile methodologies. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Software Development Manager at Amazon Development Centre, leading the development of the Amazon Instant Video application on Xbox 360 and the video player for games consoles and connected TVs. Before joining Amazon, Mark worked as a Solutions Architect/Lead Developer/Team Lead at Push Button LTD and as a Freelance Software Solutions Architect & Senior Software Developer at Web Alternatives Ltd. Mark also had roles as a Solutions Architect at Irdeto and Entriq. Mark began their career as a Senior Software Engineer/Architect at Salient Systems Ltd and The iFramework Ltd.

Mark Paramor attended Mid Kent College from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained an HND BTec degree in Computer Science. Mark holds additional certifications such as Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2015, and First Aid from the British Red Cross, obtained in July 2015.
