Suraj Kandel

Suraj Kandel is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Support Services at Accedo.tv since May 2014. In this role, Suraj oversees and coordinates global customer support services, ensuring efficient issue resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction. Previously, Suraj held multiple positions at Accedo.tv, including Senior Manager for Global Support and Operations Manager, with responsibilities spanning APAC, NAM, and EMEA regions. Prior to Accedo.tv, Suraj worked as a System Engineer II at DMX Technologies Group Ltd, where contributions were made to integrated IT solutions for telecom and media corporations, and as an Assistance Network Operations Engineer at Globecast, focusing on satellite digital TV broadcasting systems. Suraj holds a BSc of Science (Honours) in Computer Networks from Middlesex University, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
