Patrick Fallon

Patrick is a Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Accel-KKR.

Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Patrick was a Partner and COO at Gryphon Investors and was the senior relationship manager for key strategic constituencies including limited partners, deal sources and lenders. He also focused on firm management, LP relations, portfolio management (including Board positions) and team professional development. Patrick previously was an investment banker, principally at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) and Credit Suisse. He was a Managing Director in Leverage Finance and, later as Global Head, led the DLJ Technology Banking team pre-merger with Credit Suisse (CS). Post merger with CS, Patrick was the West Coast Head of Technology Banking and led the coverage of technology buyout sponsors and venture firms–where he met and worked with Mr. Bisconti. Prior to attending Business School, Patrick began his career at Peat, Marwick & Mitchell (now KPMG).

Patrick is currently a Director of HighWire Press.

Patrick received his M.B.A from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and his A.B. in Economics from Harvard College. Pat is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, inactive).
