Raymond B.

Raymond B. currently serves as the Head of School at Accel Schools, where they lead cross-functional teams and orchestrate project management initiatives. Previously, they held roles such as Project Manager and Program Director at the same organization, focusing on data-driven decision-making and curriculum development. From 2017 to 2021, Raymond worked as a Fire Rescue Officer for Dallas Fire Rescue, utilizing critical thinking and emergency management skills. They also have teaching experience from 2011 to 2017, instructing various grades in English Language Arts and History. Raymond has a Master’s Degree in Education Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, and is pursuing a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
