Ivan Zhou

Ivan Zhou is a seasoned venture capital professional and entrepreneur currently serving as a Partner at Accel, focusing on seed and series A investments in early-stage product-oriented companies. Zhou holds positions as a Board Director at Decagon and an Advisor at Copilot, while having previously supported founders as an Advisor and Angel Investor with Personal Investor from 2018 to 2024. Zhou's prior experience includes serving as Director of Product Management at Niantic, following the acquisition of Mayhem, a company co-founded and led as CEO, which developed real-time products for gamers.
