Eric T.

Eric T. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in both the public and private sectors. Their most recent position was as a Solution Architect at Accela, a role they began in August 2020.

Prior to that, Eric worked at Woolpert for seven years starting in June 2013. During this time, they served as a Systems Analyst and Implementation Consultant for various software projects, including Accela Automation, City Works Land, Licensing, Permits Software, and Asset Management Software. Their responsibilities included conducting business analysis with user departments and producing software configuration documents.

From 2011 to 2013, Eric worked as a Consultant at Kings Canyon Technology, LLC. Before that, they held the position of Project Manager at The Vine LLC from May 2010 to June 2011. In this role, Eric managed projects for Accela Government Software, specifically for the Indianapolis Department of Code Enforcement, Washington, DC Department of Housing, and City of New Orleans' Blight Abatement Program.

Eric's career began in 1993 at the City of Chicago, Office of Budget & Management, where they worked as a Budget Analyst until 1995. Eric then joined the Chicago Police Department as a Fiscal Administrator, responsible for assisting in the department's annual budget preparation and managing asset forfeiture and grant accounts. In 2001, Eric became an Assistant Commissioner at the Department of Buildings, City of Chicago, a role they held until 2004.

Next, Eric worked at the Chicago Fire Department, starting in 2003 as the Director of Finance. In this position, they oversaw the preparation of the department's annual appropriation ordinance, managed a staff of 24, ensured timely payment of invoices and payrolls, and assisted in developing grant applications for operational funding.

In 2006, Eric joined Enabling Partners as a Manager, where they served as an implementation consultant for local government's Accela Automation software projects. Clients included the District of Columbia Department of Health, City of Columbus, Ohio Department of Buildings, Southlake, Texas, New Braunfels, Texas, and Framingham, Massachusetts.
