Dima Urban

Dima Urban has a diverse work experience, starting as a Business Analyst at Zoral from October 2015 to February 2019. During this role, Dima played a key role in launching a mortgage and loan management subsystem and successfully implemented multiple fintech projects. They also developed customer journeys for financial products using Zoral automation platform with Mambu and Salesforce CRM.

Following this, Dima joined Takeoff Technologies, Inc. in January 2020 as a Product Manager. They became a subject-matter expert in "Retailers Integration" and managed the integration and configuration team for customer order, assortment, and replenishment integration API and ETL services. Dima also worked as a Product Owner for the MFC SaaS-retailers integration hub, where they integrated with various third parties and designed and implemented a retailer's integration hub.

Most recently, Dima joined Accelario in January 2023 as a Product Owner.

Dima Urban completed their Bachelor's degree in System Analysis from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between the years 1997 and 2003. Furthermore, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from scrum.org in August 2020.
