Phil Tossell

Phil Tossell is currently the VP of Engineering at AccelByte Inc, where Phil provides technical and product leadership for the AccelByte Development Toolkit, Game SDKs, and Developer Experience. Prior to this role, Phil has held various positions in software engineering, game development, and leadership roles at companies such as Mochimocha Ltd., Blockplay Limited, Nyamyam Ltd., Microsoft, and Rare Ltd. Phil has a BSc. in Computer Science from Cardiff University. Throughout their career, Phil has been involved in founding companies, exploring the intersection between games and blockchain, and creating independent games. Phil has a passion for working with different people, teams, and projects.
